Human Rights Unity Foundation District Sukkur, in collaboration with its Culture Wing, organized a solemn ceremony in Rohri to pay tribute to the martyrs of the Army Public School Peshawar Attack. Participants lit candles and offered heartfelt tributes to the innocent children and teachers who lost their lives in the tragic incident.

Addressing the ceremony, Central Chairman Advocate Ilahi Bux Metlo, Central General Secretary Dr. Muhammad Ali Metlo, Information Secretary Aman Jaleel Ruk, Apa Zubaida Ghanghro, Rashida Arain, Abdul Khaliq Mangrio, Ghulam Yaseen Metlo, Advocate Hameera Mangi, Sugandh Mangi, social leader Shaista Khoso, and Zia-ur-Rehman Buriro said that although the terrorists responsible for the December 16, 2014 attack on APS Peshawar have been eliminated, the memories and sacrifices of the martyrs will remain alive forever.

The speakers emphasized that terrorism can never deprive the children of Pakistan of their right to education. They saluted the parents and families of the martyrs, stating that despite suffering the immense loss of their beloved children, they continued to support and keep the educational institution active, demonstrating their commitment to securing a brighter future for the country.

The ceremony was also attended by Lawyer Wing leaders Advocate Abdul Qadir Soomro, Sabir Abbasi, G.M. Kandhro, Hafiz Ubaidullah Lakhan, and several other social and community representatives.
